Typical retention approach:
Enquiries (non-clients): retained for up to 12–24 months after last contact, unless there is a legitimate reason to keep it longer (e.g., ongoing discussions).
Clients: retained for the duration of the engagement and for a period afterwards to support contractual, professional and legal needs (often 6 years for certain business records, depending on the type of record).
Marketing lists: retained until you unsubscribe or we determine it is no longer appropriate to keep your details.
You can request deletion in certain circumstances (see Your Rights).
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take security seriously and continuously improve controls.
